안녕하십니까, 존경하는 교민 여러분! 전 세계적으로 체육은 국민 건강과 행복 증진에 매우 중요한 역할을 수행합니다. 생활체육 활동은 삶의 필수 요소이며, 건강한 신체는 건전한 정신의 기반이 됩니다. "운동은 하루를 짧게 하지만 인생은 길게 한다" 는 말처럼, 바쁜 일상 속에서도 운동을 통해 100세 시대를 건강하게 맞이할 수 있습니다. 건강 증진은 삶의 질 향상과 행복 증대에 직결됩니다. 남녀노소 누구나 참여 가능한 맞춤형 생활체육 프로그램을 통해 교민 사회의 건강하고 행복한 삶을 지원하는 것이 저희의 목표입니다.

시대에 걸맞는 체계적이고 전문화된 체험생활체육 문화 매뉴얼을 계획하여 생활체육 활성화 및 발전에 힘쓰고, 주기적인 생활체육 프로그램을 통해 교민 사회 구성원 간의 소통을 증진하고, 모두가 함께 즐기는 생활체육문화를 조성하겠습니다. 모든 교민들이 생활체육을 통해 건강과 행복을 누릴 수 있도록 지원하고 소통하겠습니다. 그리고, 교민 여러분의 적극적인 참여와 관심 속에 성장하는 미조리 체육회가 되도록 노력 하겠습니다.

Welcome to the Korean American Sports Council of Missouri

Greetings to the Korean community,

Globally, physical education plays a crucial role in enhancing public health and well-being. Incorporating regular physical activity into daily life is fundamental, as a healthy body forms the basis for a sound mind. As the saying goes, "Exercise shortens the day, but lengthens life." Even amidst demanding routines, exercise enables individuals to approach longevity in good health. Improving health outcomes directly contributes to enhanced quality of life and overall happiness.

Our mission is to promote well-being within the Korean community through inclusive, tailored sports programs accessible to all age groups. We are committed to revitalizing and advancing lifestyle sports by designing comprehensive and specialized resources that reflect contemporary needs. Through periodic athletic programs, we aim to foster communication among community members and establish a culture of participation in sports that everyone can enjoy.

We will continue to support and engage with all Koreans so they may pursue health and happiness through everyday physical activities. Our goal is to develop the Korean American Sports Council of Missouri into an organization that grows with the active involvement and interest of the Korean community.
